Refund policy

At Cherryish.pk , we want you to receive products in perfect condition. Please note that we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only provided under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only applicable if the item is flawed, defective, or damaged upon receipt.

  • Customers must provide proof of the defect in the form of photos or a video.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.


2. Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exchanges for items that are damaged by the customer or missing original packaging will not be accepted.


3. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us at cherryish.pk@gmail.com with your order number and photos or videos of the defect.

  2. Your request will be reviewed and must be approved before sending the item back.

  3. Once approved, we will provide the return address.


4. Exchange Processing

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange will be processed within 14 days.

  • We will send you the replacement product as soon as it is ready.


5. Important Notes

  • Exchanges are only applicable for defective items; we do not entertain refunds.

  • Make sure to follow all steps carefully to avoid delays in processing your exchange.
